I've been a customer of Right Way Auto for more than 20 years. I was originally referred there by my uncle, who worked at Capital City Ford, when I was facing some major repairs that were going to cost significantly more at the dealership. I'm glad he pointed me in their direction because I've trusted them with every vehicle I've owned ever since. What keeps me coming back is the way they treat their customers. They take the time to explain what's going on with your vehicle, help you understand what truly needs to be done now versus what can reasonably wait, and never make you feel pressured. That's become increasingly rare. Their prices are fair. They may not be the cheapest shop in town, but they're certainly not the most expensive either. More importantly, I always feel like I'm getting an honest assessment and a fair deal. Trust is hard to earn when it comes to auto repair, and Right Way Auto has earned mine over two decades. I recommend them without hesitation. The funny thing is, I almost don't want to write this review because I'd hate for them to get so busy that I can't get in when I need them. But the truth is, they deserve every bit of the recognition. They're an exceptional, old-school business that believes in doing things the right way, and that's becoming harder and harder to find.

Mike, Sean & Kyle have always been available in some way to help our small fleet of landscape trucks wether it be regular maintenance, repairs or even on some occasions a break down right before a big snow storm. I found this gem about 10 years ago I have had the pleasure of doing business with Rightway Automotive since then. I am always treated with respect. What I value the most about my experiences is the staff is always transparent and honest about the repair services needed. You are given a written estimate via email or on paper and the opportunity to authorize the repairs before any work is done. They also provide you with possible solutions to assist with costly repairs. I appreciate and respect the atmosphere and respect the level of integrity this family owned business displays. I had gone in for an A/C evacuation. What i got was the evacuation and an included 30 point inspection of the mechanical aspects of my vehicle, which revealed things I did and didn't know were wrong with my vehicle. I will also add that with what they said was wrong with my vehicle was met with pictures and explanations of why a specific part was recommended to be serviced and a ranking of how urgent each item needed to be serviced. the price was very fair, what I expected to pay was $200 to $400, and ended up being $300. so very fair in my opinion.

My car needed a timing chain replacement and a general tune up for spark plugs. The team communicated very well and even put me in a courtesy car for the time they had my vehicle. In a time of need, they also offered a number for a towing service, which is to be reimbursed by the company. Kyle was extremely personable and dealt with many phone calls I gave their company — with grace! 100 percent would recommend Rightway to the next person I encounter who needs service done to their vehicle.

I went in for one specific thing my head lights they let me know of other problems and talked me into getting those problems as well . Meaning they were supposed to fix the initial problem and other issues as well . I paid up front more than half I paid for my parts as well as my half of labor they took 3 weeks to fix my car when I called a week prior to getting my car I was told they were waiting on parts how if I given money 3 weeks previous 3 days later all of a sudden the part came and now the car if ready for pick up but forgot to leave out that they didn’t fix the lights as that was the reason I came got out of work with no head lights with is dangerous changed the charges to took like I was only charged for the other work when I originally came in for lights I was not a happy customer and then proceeded to tell me that it would be 200-400 starting price to look at the light after I already gave them 1700 for suspension control issues

A very professional and courtesy group of individuals. Austin's customer service was totally awesome. I thought the price I paid for the part was reasonable, but the labor cost was pretty high for what was done. Yet, I would definitely give them my business in the near future and recommend them to my friends.

These guys took in my old truck and did great work. They finished the job on schedule. They were honest about their findings, and my service advisor Kyle communicated well. I’ll definitely be back if I need more work done.

My experience with Rightway Automotive has been very positive. I was told about them through a friend. From the start, the communications with the staff was very comforting. We discussed a plan for my repairs and other long-term maintenance issues. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed to decide on the repairs. Lots of shops can do the work, but I believe Rightways customer service has been the elite.

I was referred to Rightway from another repair shop. I was having an oil leak and needed it repaired to avoid a possible fire. They fixed the leak and also some other issues that needed repair. But while it took 2 days to complete they offered me a rental car so I was able to still go to work while my car was getting worked on. This was such a blessing to me to have my car fixed and still not miss work! I was truly grateful and will be going back for some additional repairs.
